i decided to have a wooden floor in my camper van. the idea is to build a sandwich construction with xps-foam and plywood. the plywood will be sealed with a special lacquer.

first the bottom plate will be cleaned and painted with an anti corrosive protection (which is drying for the moment)

meanwhile i started to prepare the plywood

and glued the xps-foam to the bottom side of the plywood. (for gluing i used “Ponal Wasserfest”)
